The confidential information will not be disclosed, reproduced, or disseminated. Normally, we sign a confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement with you and our sub-contractors.

Q3: How to guarantee your products' quality?
A: We have related quality standards. For custom-made products, our professional quality management team will detect and provide test report to meet customer's requirements.

Q4: Is your company's product environment friendly?
A: Meet 1935/2004/EC of The European Parliament And Of The Council standard's standard.

Q5: Whether you can reture the sample fee?
A: Generally speaking, the sample charges will be refundable if you gets our required quantity.

Q6: How long do you need for a new sample? And open the model?
A: 5-7days for sample, and 30-35 days for open the new model

A: Yes, All material, color, size, packing can be customized.
